Port Lympne Wild Animal Park is home to the largest breeding herd of Black Rhinos as well as Siberian and Indian Tigers, Elephants, cats, monkeys and many more rare and endangered species. Port Lympne is also home to the Gorillaium, home to a family group of Gorillas.

The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway is Kent's mainline in minature. First opened to traffic in July 1927 as the World's Smallest Public Railway and now covering a distance of 13.5 miles from the pituresque Cinque port of Hythe, to the fishermans cottages at Dungeness.
